Thank you for coming by. I hope that through my website, I can raise awareness about counselling with this simple message: "It's OK to be not ok".

At some points in our lives, we will meet with overwhelming situations that make us feel helpless, hopeless, angry or disappointed. Sometimes we find it hard to lift up ourselves when we're down, it's OK to need a helping hand.

​

Seeking counselling is not a sign of weakness. It only means we care for ourselves enough to want to feel better by speaking to a professional. Counselling is also known as talk therapy. We talk about our concerns, and a trained counsellor listens with empathy and help us process our thoughts and feelings. 

​

Everyone benefits from a pair of genuine listening ears. Counsellors like myself are trained to listen with a non-judgemental stance, process your issues through a different lens, identify your strengths and explore alternatives. I journey with my clients to facilitate their healing and assist them to become a better version of themselves.

Emotional healing begins when people take the initiative and courage to open up themselves.
